1．Blade core overheated

2．Check Machine running at correct rmp, that the flanges are of the correct and same size and that there is no wear on the machine bearing.

3．The blade is too hard for the application.

4．The blade is spinning on the spindle.

5．The blade is not cutting in straight lines only.
